Which is more important; "Experience or Money?"
One day during a job interview, I was asked by the user, "Do you want to work for experience or make money?"
It took a few seconds for me to respond. Not because I don't know the answer, it's just surprised at this question. In my opinion, as we get older, with a record of work experience and self-competence in a CV, it should be certain if we work to find added value; material and non-material.
Time will not be repeated, and it should encourage our-self that material and non-material values in the form of money and experience are needed. Both go hand in hand, interrelated.
Without degrading the quality of self, I answered "both are things that are needed, because in order to survive, they must go hand in hand".
I need money because there are clothing / food / other needs that must be fulfill, and need experience because we have to be able to survive and continue to grow in life. All of the above is my kind of "survival kit"
